Send your enquiry through the form
Use the enquiry form on this page to tell us what you need and we will guide you from there. The more detail you include, the quicker we can prepare a useful reply and quotation. If you are unsure about the right method for your item, that is fine too, just describe the garment or product and the purpose of the branding.
- Your name and company or school name
- The town or area where you are based
- What you need branded, such as shirts, caps, bags or gifts
- How many items you need
- Your logo file, if available, or a clear description of the artwork
What to include for faster pricing
For logo digitising, embroidery and print work, please mention the type of clothing or item, the number of colours in the logo, and whether you need one position or multiple branding positions. If you need school wear or corporate wear, include sizes if you already have them, and let us know if the order is for staff, learners, a sports team or an event.
- Desired turnaround time
- Preferred branding method if known
- Any special notes such as individual names, numbering or sizing spread
- Collection or delivery area, if relevant
Areas we serve across the Lowveld
We are based in Riverside, Mbombela and work with clients throughout the Lowveld. That includes Mbombela, Nelspruit Central, White River, Hazyview, Malelane, Barberton, Kabokweni and Ngodwana. Many of our orders come from schools, offices, contractors, lodges and event organisers who need dependable branded clothing and gifts.
If your business is in a surrounding area, send the enquiry anyway. We handle local orders for ongoing uniform supply, one off promotional runs and repeat school branding jobs. Collections and order arrangements are handled through the contact process so we can keep everything clear.
How quickly we respond
We aim to respond as soon as possible during business hours, and most enquiries are handled within the same working day. Larger orders, artwork checks or digitising requests may take a bit longer if we need to confirm stitch count, print setup or item availability. If your order is urgent, mention the deadline in the form so we can assess the time frame before production starts.
Load-shedding and production scheduling can affect turnaround, especially for embroidery and print jobs with several stages, so early booking helps. We will always let you know what is practical before work begins.
What happens after you submit the form
Once we receive your enquiry, we review the brief, check the artwork if provided and prepare the right quote or follow-up questions. If your logo needs digitising, we may ask for a better file or a clearer image so the embroidery or print result is clean. For bulk orders, we also confirm quantities, sizes and packaging needs.
- We assess the request and artwork
- We confirm the best branding method
- We send pricing or a follow-up question
- We move on to approval before production
For schools, offices and promotional orders
We handle branded uniforms, school wear, caps, bags, name personalisation and promotional gifts for a wide range of clients. If you need separate sizes for staff or learners, please include the size breakdown in your message. For recurring orders, note whether you need the same branding repeated or a fresh run for a new intake, campaign or event.
Clear instructions help us keep the order neat and avoid delays, especially when there are multiple items in one batch. If you are contacting us from a coastal area or a humid environment, mention that too so we can advise on suitable garments and finishes.
